Brand manager

Requirments:

  • higher education (marketing, management, finances)
  • age limit: 25-35 year person 
  • 1+ work experience (brand manager, sales / trade marketing manager in large trade or production companies)
  • experience in brand estimation, creating and implementation of brand promotion strategies
  • language skills (english/german)
  • computer skills (competent user)
  • broad outlook, thinking flexibility, ability to meet goals and objectives, management skills, analytical abilities, diplomatic skills

Responsibilities:

    • producing and enforcing brand identity in Ukrainian market
    • creating, introduction and monitoring of competitive activity pattern for brand promotion
    • participating in exhibitions, organizing presentations
    • organizing advertising campaigns, working with local advertising agencies
    • forecasting sales volumes and dynamics and brand profitability, analyzing brand «health»
    • developing and monitoring of BTL actions
    • market research (analysis of competitors and customers)
    • launching of new products on the market
    • negotiating and meeting with customers
    • trade marketing etc.
